are trained product professionals |
|

|
sell a particular volume of Apple products each year |
|
|
|
offer services beyond product sales |
|
|
|
primarily focus their business on Apple-related products/services |
|
|
|
have Apple Certified service technicians on staff |
|
|
|
have at least one employee who is Certified in OS X |
